Since 1972 we have developed over twenty–five hundred acres for residential development in Central Texas while consulting on additional developments for clients. In the early 1980's we began rehabilitation of apartment projects and constructed one of the first condominium projects in Hays County to leased as apartments with potential future conversion to condominiums. We have also developed numerous office, retail and industrial flex space projects with a high rate of occupancy and economic success.
