	John McCrocklin & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1970 as Jim McCrocklin & Associates Real Estate Inc. by James H. (Jim) and Harriett McCrocklin, and John McCrocklin to concentrate exclusively on a full range of real estate services and product types including residential, farms & ranches, vacant land for commercial and residential use, resort, commercial, real estate consulting and commercial property management services in the Austin/San Antonio and Central Texas real estate market areas. They also focused on apartment, office, retail, mini-storage, industrial warehouse and residential subdivision development in Hays & Travis Counties. Upon Jim’s death in 1998, John H. McCrocklin took responsibility as the company’s designated corporate officer and the company’s name was changed to John McCrocklin & Associates, Inc. John McCrocklin and Associates brings an expansive background of both real estate experience as well as computer-based technology to assist you in acquiring and marketing real estate. The firm and its associates are members of the National Association of REALTORS®, The Texas Association of REALTORS®, the Austin Board of REALTORS®, the San Marcos Area Board of REALTORS®, the Austin Central Texas Real Estate Information Service® and the Central Texas Multiple Listing Service.
